  • To do Pawanmuktasana, lie down, bend the left knee and take it near the stomach.
  • While exhaling, join the fingers of both the hands together.
  • Keep the fingers under the knee, try to touch the chest with the left knee.
  • Then rise above the ground and try to touch the knee with the nose.
  • After touching the knee with the nose, stay in this posture for 30 seconds.
  • Then while exhaling, come to the normal position, now do the same process with the right leg.

2. Setu Bandha Sarvangasana – Bridge Pose

  • To do Setu Bandha Sarvangasana, lie down on your back, keep your hands by your side.
  • Keep breathing normally.
  • Slowly bend the legs from the knees and bring them near the hips.
  • Raise the hips up off the floor as much as possible.
  • Keep the hands on the ground, after coming to this state, hold the breath for some time.
  • Exhale and come back to the ground.
  • Rest by keeping the legs straight, rest for 15 seconds then repeat the process.

3. Balasana- Child Pose

Balasana is an easy yoga pose. By doing Balasan daily, the digestive system remains good and it helps in getting rid of the problem of gas. You can do Balasan for 1 to 3 minutes. Know the important steps to do Balasan-

  • To do Balasana, sit on your knees by laying a mat.
  • Join the ankles and heels together.
  • Take a deep breath and lean forward.
  • Take the stomach from the middle of the thighs and exhale.
  • Extend the knees outward as much as possible, contract the hips and pull them towards the navel.
  • Take the hands towards the front and keep them in front.
  • Try to touch the shoulders with the floor.
  • Stay in this position for 30 seconds.

 

Along with doing these yoga asanas, you can also walk on foot. You can avoid the problem of gas by walking for 15 minutes after eating food.
